Where does the money go?
Stripe processes the deposit and sends the money to your own connected Stripe account. Akonpayman does not hold it.
When do I actually receive it?
For a new Stripe account, the first payout usually arrives 7 to 14 days after the first payment. After that, payouts usually arrive every 2 business days.
What if the client cancels or does not show up?
Your deposit policy controls cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows. The client sees and accepts that policy before paying. You decide whether a refund is due.
Does my client need to download an app?
No. Your client opens your booking link in their phone browser.
What do I need to sign up?
You need a US bank account and the identity and business details Stripe asks for.
What does it cost?

Can I use it in Creole or Spanish?
